Felixstowe has a property market unlike anywhere else in Suffolk. The port underpins a large part of the local economy, which brings shift patterns, contract work and variable earnings into a lot of mortgage applications. Alongside that sits strong demand for coastal second homes and holiday lets, and a substantial retired population with later life lending needs. Very few towns of this size present that combination.

Where we are
We cover Felixstowe from our Woodbridge office, around twelve miles up the A14 and A12, with support from our Needham Market head office. Advisers also see clients at home, at work, by video or by phone, including evenings and weekends. For most Felixstowe clients that is the more convenient option anyway.
