Mark Gardiner was my mortgage advisor and honestly he was amazing throughout the whole process. Before Mark contacted me I was at a complete loss as to whether I would ever own my own home due to other mortgage affordability calculators with other organisations. Mark spoke everything through with me at every step of the way, and answered every single one of my questions (there were a few, as I knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a house!). Mark always made himself available to speak to me, I feel like he went above and beyond for me and my situation, which I really did appreciate. I do not have the right words to describe my gratitude to Mark, if it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would be sitting in my very own house right now. As first time buyers, we were seeking knowledge and support not only of the mortgage buying process but wider house buying process, which we got with Matt and the team at the mortgage centre. Matt and the team made loads of time to answer our queries and progress our mortgage during a drawn out buying process, both on the phone via email and at face to face meetings.
