As the COVID-19 situation develops, our focus is to ensure our business and customer service continues to operate as normal where practical and physically possible. The wellbeing of our employees and clients are at the heart of any decisions that we make and so with this in mind, we are putting into practice all of the necessary arrangements for our staff to be able to work from home.
At this point in time we are still able operate and look to continue our usual high standard of service however, as a responsible employer we have taken the view that we are to discontinue any face to face appointments. We do however understand that for our existing and any new customers, advice is still very important. Therefore, please rest assured that our advisers are still very much available, and we will be carrying out appointments remotely using telephone or other communications such as Skype.
We continue to monitor the Government’s guidance and are committed to ensuring we continue delivering the high service levels our customers have come to expect.
