Phil has worked in the financial services industry since 1992, having started with a large insurance company. He went self employed in 1996 as an Independent Financial Adviser before setting up his first company, Needham Market Home Financial in 1999.
After four years, he decided to concentrate solely on mortgages and related insurances, and The Mortgage Centres was born. Since then, Phil has been influential in the opening of several new offices as the business continues to grow.
Emily trained as a Compliance Officer 15 years ago, working for a large national insurance company. She joined the firm in 2004, taking on the role of Compliance and HR Manager. As the group has expanded, she is now specialising solely in HR and is currently studying for her HR Management Level 5 qualification through the CIPD.
Anna joined The Mortgage Centres as an administrator in October 2016 after living abroad for several years. During her time within her job role she has quickly gained an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry using this to ensure all customers receive the very best service. An integral and valued member of staff she continues to learn and develop her skills with her future goal to become an administration manager.
Paul has been working in financial services since 2001 when he started as a mortgage adviser for a large corporate estate agency. In 2007 he joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Business Development Manager, managing relationships between the bank and mortgage brokers, helping assist and educate brokers on all aspects of mortgages.
Paul joined The Mortgage Centres in 2019, looking to use his wealth of experience and mortgage expertise to give clients outstanding advice and customer service.
Laura joined The Mortgage Centres in September 2016 as a member of the admin team and has since gained a greater understanding of the process, helping her to speak to clients, lenders and solicitors. Before joining the team, Laura gained five years’ experience working in admin with her previous job.
